Different collections of photographic prints are available through our store. The classic prints as well as the diptychs are printed in our workshop by us. They are made using a Canon PRO-1000 printer on a selection of fine art paper available in 3 finishes : mat, luster or glossy.
The "Solar Minimal" collection is produced in partnership with Les Petits Aviateurs workshop on a wooden support from the forests of the Basque Country. We wanted to have a more eco-responsible approach to photo printing with this collection. You will find more information about this collection on its dedicated page.
Each month you will find new collection that will be temporarly sold.
Disclaimer : Please note that the colors of the prints may vary slightly from those on your screen. This is due to the calibration of it. Indeed, an uncalibrated screen will not be able to restore a faithful harmony of colors. In order to guarantee you the most accurate colors, our screens are calibrated using special probes. We also use the ICC profiles suitable for printing so that the prints have the colors we want.
FRAME
The prints come with no frame.
For the "Limited Edition" prints, there is no need of frame because they are printed on wood.
PAPER
Three types of paper are used for the prints each offering a particular rendering : gloss (300g), satin (260g) and matte (210g).
What kind of paper should I choose ?
It will depend on the desired rendering. The 3 papers offer high quality prints made to last over time.
What size should I choose ? The prints are available in 3 sizes : - A4 size : 29.7 x 21 cm The choice of print format will depend on where and how far you want to enjoy it. If you want to create a decorative wall with multiple prints or posters, A4 and A3 sizes will be recommended. If you want a print that further emphasizes your walls in a rather minimalist spirit, opt for the A2 size. Which finish shoul I choose ? For classic prints you have the choice to opt for white borders or not. It all depends on the desired rendering. White margins tend to enhance prints, but that's also a matter of taste. Some people will prefer to have a borderless photograph in order to take advantage of all the paper and thus have a larger image. For the diptychs, the white borders are systematically added in order to facilitate their visual reading.

SHIPPING
Delivery costs are free for Metropolitan France. For any other destination the costs will be calculated according to the geographical area as well as the size and weight of the package. The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering.
The prints are printed within 3 to 5 working days after validation of the order. Product delivery takes place immediately after printing and may take up to several days to process, depending on the final destination. It takes between 3 to 5 days for delivery in France by French Post. The deadlines can extend beyond 7 working days for shipments within the EU and internationally. You will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your order along with the invoice relating to it.
As a reminder, when you take physical possession of the Products, the risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred to you. It is your responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the delivered product.
The goods purchased on https://shop.loeildeos.com will be shipped as soon as they are created via the carrier chosen by the Customer at the time of his order. Delivery times are given as an indication and the Seller cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for any product in the shop. If you have any questions or inquiries about your order before it's been placed, please email us at shop@loeildeos.com.
CUSTOM ORDER
If you would like to order a print of a photo that is not on the store but that you have seen elsewhere on our social networks or blog, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you wish to order a print with dimensions not offered on the store or on another type of support, also feel free to send us an email.
